What is an energy service company (ESCO)?
Ageing equipment at your site is replaced with high-efficiency units, and the cost of the change is paid in instalments out of the energy costs those units save. Government policy funding carries the equipment bill, and the saving takes your fixed costs down for good.

We design and install with high-efficiency equipment only, which cuts the risk of small breakdowns and keeps the energy saving steady.
A corporate tax credit
The investment tax credit for ESCO work lets you deduct up to 10 percent of the equipment investment from corporate tax, or 5 percent for a mid-sized company.

We read the government and Korea Energy Agency notices closely and write the recommendation application ourselves. You send us your recent energy use and your business registration certificate, and E&I solution handles all of the administration in one place.

Notice and recommendation application
When the policy funding notice opens we file the application with the Korea Energy Agency. E&I solution writes the technical business plan and the supporting paperwork.
Review and recommendation issued
The Korea Energy Agency's review panel assesses the case and issues a formal funding recommendation in the owner's name.
Bank review and drawdown
The low-interest policy loan is drawn through a participating bank, and the money goes straight to the construction cost.
Installation and scheduling
We keep to the required drawdown deadline, 30 percent within three months of the recommendation date, so the equipment change is completed without delay.
Follow-up survey and checks
We complete the on-site survey with the Korea Energy Agency and keep checking that the energy saving comes out as designed.
Funding runs from KRW 20 million up to KRW 30 billion per site. The terms change with each year's notice, so we check them again when you apply.
